Made an appointment to have my brakes fixed under warranty two weeks ago. Drove 30 miles today only to have them tell me that they can't fix them because Ford won't authorize.it. First of all Brian didn't have the courtesy to call and tell me that before I made the trip for nothing. Secondly my truck is a 2021 with 6500 miles on it. I have purchased 6 brand new ford's from them over the years. How do you think they will treat a new customer? You can do better, much better!
