Butch and crew at Champion Ford were amazing! We drove into champion Ford on the Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving (on our way from upstate NY to Cincinnati, Ohio). They were so helpful with us and our children. The facility is very clean and accommodating for a family (with a small child area and games to play). Their mechanic showed us exactly what the problem was with our car and explained everything very clearly. Butch helped us find a rental car so we could continue our trip to Ohio. Someone drove me to pick up the rental car, and when I pulled up in it, Butch and crew were standing there with all of our belongings from our car to help transfer in the new rental. He even called us later that evening to make sure we had made it to our family Thanksgiving safely. Champion Ford continued to communicate with us until our car was fixed. We will definitely be purchasing our next vehicle from Champion Ford!

I went in for an oil change, and the technician had vehicle in and out in a very timely manner, which is always appreciated.

I went in with auto emergency and service took me in without appointment and got car diagnosed the same day. They took car of all the details with my extended warranty and with the rental car. Thankfully the extended warranty covered most of a major repair. When they ran into delays with the warranty company and then getting parts during holiday (4th of July), they applied coupons to keep me in my rental car five days longer for free. Alex was my technician in service and he kept me in the loop every step of the way. I will definitely use the service department again.

I went to monro first and won't do that again. I didnt trust what they said so i took it to Ford in edinboro and i was right. I saved $600 taking it to Ford. Moro was just trying to get extra money from me. I will be going to Ford from now on.

If you want to be guaranteed that everything will be done perfectly and correctly, then take it here. It may be a little pricier, but it's also worth it. You get what you pay for and i love knowing i just got quality upgrades. P.s. top notch professionalism.

Incredibly efficient, friendly, quick, and amazing service. I was in today to purchase out my lease. I've heard the process can be annoying, but Tim Britton in finance made the whole thing so simple and fast. I was in-and-out in less than 20 minutes. Everything was explained perfectly, super seamless, and he even made sure to come out with me to find my car that was being serviced and had been completed. I can't say enough good things about my experience here today. Amazing!

I've been a Volvo owner for years, and the service I receive at Champion Ford Volvo exceeds anything I've experienced anywhere else. Tim Peyton, the Volvo service manager, clearly puts the needs of the customer first. He does whatever is necessary to accommodate customers. Many times I've needed something last minute before a trip, and Tim has rearranged things to make sure I get the service I needed ASAP. Tim is also aware of my issues with driving in snow, and he makes sure there is always an all wheel drive vehicle available to me (free of charge) if I need a loaner. More than once Tim has gone to bat on my behalf with the Volvo reps to solve any issues that have cropped up. He is always concerned with obtaining the best service for the lowest price possible. Bram Hower, the dedicated Volvo mechanic is the best mechanic I've ever worked with. He always stops by Tim's office to hear my problems directly from me; he is always willing to take a test drive with me if I think there's a problem; he's bright and extremely communicative and clearly is an expert in all things Volvo. I really cannot say enough about this dealership and more specifically the Tim/Bram team. I have complete faith in them and will continue to be a loyal Champion Ford Volvo customer as long as they are here.

Kudos to Rick Strumila. I got a large diameter puncture near Cincinnati on my drive up Friday to visit relatives near Corry. Learned from a tire shop that it was unrepairable. I was under some stress because I didn’t want to drive home 650 miles on the spare and couldn’t get any firm info. Champion was able to get me in Monday. Rick was diligent about checking everything pertaining to the tire and made my wife and I feel comfortable. He also suggested and arranged a shuttle to Millcreek Mall to make the wait more comfortable. You don’t know what you’re going to get going to an unfamiliar dealer far from home but Rick did good by us. Thank you. I entered the tire purchase into my service history in the Carfax app and added a review so hope that helps.

On August 21, 2023 I had my car taken in for car inspection and brake work. The service I received was very good. They fixed all of the problems that were occurring with my vehicle. They told me on the phone it was going to take all day to have it fixed but instead four hours later, I was informed that it was ready so the service was extremely prompt. The friendliness was very good. I really appreciated Alex taking good care of my vehicle, I now have excellent brakes and legal inspection. Thank you Alex! I totally recommend a Champion in Ford for any of your automobile needs or if you’re looking for a good reliable vehicle, the service department is excellent they take good care of their customers.

Our experience from start to finish with Champion Ford was exceptional. I had been eyeing up a Ford Bronco Outer Banks Area 51 color for just about a year but couldn’t find one locally. I kept holding out! This past Friday night I saw the Champion Ford commercial around 10pm & decided to jump on the website to check out the inventory. There it was! My baby blue Bronco that I wanted. On Saturday morning I sent a message via chat on the website that I wanted to meet with Mark or Markie at the advice of my friend Ali. The person on the chat messaged me immediately & said someone would reach out to me. Shortly later I received a text from Mike aka “Eddie” and then a call. Eddie clarified what I was looking for and shared that Mark or Markie were not available but he’d connect me with someone else if I didn’t mind. At 2pm on Saturday we met Eddie and he introduced us to Mario Nicolia. Super friendly guy from the start. Not pushy at all! My husband, Mario and I took a test drive and chatted briefly about the features, etc. No need to “sell” me as I knew this was what I wanted. The dealership was closing at 3pm so we agreed to come back on Monday to sign papers and pickup the Bronco. As we were waiting for Mario, Mark introduced himself and we chatted about how my friend, Ali, couldn’t say enough about Champion. The F & I guy, Tim, was very professional as well and NOT pushy about selling us an extended warranty. We did decide to buy the Resistall 3 way pkg to protect the paint and undercarriage! A must in Erie, PA! Mario spent time with us programming the Ford app and in showing us the features one last time. Even took my pic with my new Bronco! Mario was very gracious and truly a professional. We will for sure refer our friends and family to Champion & to Mario! So happy with our Champion Ford experience!

We were traveling thru the area on our way out east when we encountered a problem on our Escape. The employees at Champion Ford were very courteous and were able to get the vehicle in to make the repairs and get us on our way. While waiting for the repairs to be done, we explored their showroom, facilities and the outside lots. They had a huge inventory. If we hadn't been so far from home, we could of easily left with a new vehicle. All the employees we talked with were very friendly and personable. The car was repaired in a timely manner. We had a very positive experience with Champion Ford, very professional friendly staff.

Went in to look at an f150, and my salesman, Mike P., did an outstanding job at getting everything clear, and transparent. They were able to find the same financing as my credit union which made that process just as easy. Good experience all around and was able to get a truck I know will last a long time. I'll say this about Mike, he's a good guy, that happens to sell cars. If you need something ask for Mike P.

Work done in timely manner. I was off site eating breakfast and received 2 phone calls concerning work done. Woman handling my appointment at service desk was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Very nice experience.

Appointment was a little crazy one scheduled at 8 am one at 1:40 pm. Had key made works great and had door combination confirmed. It also works great.

Closed when we stopped. Inventory getting better hope to go back again and get questions answered without pressure

Everything in the repair shop was excellent. Staff was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. However, My remote starter doesn’t work anymore. The service folks said that it has to be fixed by sales people (app). However, three sales people looked and examined it and stated the service people need to take care of it. My subjective impression of the one sales person is that he didn’t want to take the extra time. The other two had walked away. I didn’t appreciate being a yo-yo. It’s still not fixed.

Friendly people. No pressure. Only issue was having to wait over an hour for them to complete paperwork. They knew we were coming. Paperwork should have been done before we got there. Would still recommend, just be prepared to wait.

I actually visited this dealership for a Ford product. My salesperson was Matthew and he was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions about two models in the Ford lineup That are outside of my knowledge. He was able to fill me in on availability pricing design aspects etc. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a Ford product.

I never give 5’s cuz no one is perfect but they did a really good job

I was satisfied with the service thank you for finding a recall on my vehicle and getting in taken care of. As a veteran I appreciated the discount. When I pulled into service department there wasn't anybody there quickly to greet me and being the first time ever there I was a little confused where to go.

Spent over a grand on a repair and asked if they could put a screw in the front fender where one fell out and it wasn’t done. Disappointed that had to do it myself. Not a big thing but still…. Update. Inaccurate reply. There is one hole above where the flap goes that is missing a screw. Easy enuff to see where from the other front fender. I mean they are the dealer one would think they would know these things. New. Nice job with transmission flush but beware the “signage” they don’t point out. If you pay with a credit card they now bing you with another fee. Would not have gone back except that apparently no other repair place can do a Volvo transmission service.

The guy that helped me was super nice and answered any questions I had. Although my appointment was at 10 am I waited there for an hour and a half for an oil change. I know an oil change takes about 20 minutes. They asked me if I was going to be waiting or leaving, and I said waiting. They told me it wouldn’t take that long if I waited. I understand if they are busy but my appointment should have been 11 instead of 10 am. That was the only downfall to my experience. When I asked if it usually takes that long for an oil change they said they got busy. If that were the case the scheduling should be handled in a better way to make sure you’re not sitting there that long.

Their service department is slightly slow to get parts for repairs, but they charge a fair amount and get the job done right.

Went to a new shop for routine maintenance ... not too bad, but didn't give us an oil change sticker, reset our oil life minder or fill washer fluid. Also, state inspection could have been done, but not suggested.

Yesterday I visited Champion Ford and I was greeted by Melanie who showed me to the waiting room while I waited for the salesman. I believe his name was Mike, Mike checked on me a couple of times while things were getting underway. I found that Mike was very caring and did his best to get things underway. I would look for him next time.
